Purchasing Terms: Merchandise

All prices are in US Dollars. Advance payment in full using your PayPal Account or any Credit Card that is accepted by PayPal is required. Prices are subject to change from time to time at zoltanchaney.com’s sole discretion.

Order Processing

All orders are processed as soon as they are received. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed or combined once they have been processed. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during the checkout procedure is accurate and complete before placing your order. Your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been processed.

Shipping

Ships within the United States only at this time.

Orders are typically shipped within one (1) to three (3) business days.

Shipping may be slightly delayed on US holidays.

We observe all major Holidays. Orders will be filled immediately following the Holiday. All domestic orders placed after December 15th cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Our Store will be closed for the Holidays from December 22nd through January 2nd. Orders may be placed during this time but will not be processed until January 3rd. (NOTE this will add an extra week to the shipping time)

Orders will be deemed delivered when the shipping carrier provides confirmation that the package was successfully delivered to the address you submitted during the checkout procedure. Zoltanchaney.com is not responsible for non-receipt of orders that have been deemed delivered. Zoltanchaney.com is also not responsible for non-receipt of orders due to failure to properly submit an accurate and complete shipping address during the signup procedure.

Domestic Shipping (US)

All orders will be shipped Priority mail through the United States Postal Service. Packages sent via Priority mail require an average of 2 to 4 days to arrive anywhere in the continental United States. Priority mail delivers to every address in the United States, including PO boxes and military addresses. Although your order will be shipped Priority mail please remember it may take 1-3 days for processing time before your order is shipped.

Returns

All purchases are sold as is and are not returnable. All sales are final.
